Despite the Obama Administration’s best intentions, a syndicate of corrupt lawyers, employers, and DHS officials hijacked the so-called “AC-21” rule that was intended to give Employment Authorization Documents to those with approved Green Card applications (colloquially called EAD for I-140).
On Dec 6th, 2016, at the DHS Ombudsman Annual Conference, Immigration Voice posed some simple questions to the representatives of DHS. Mr. Ciro Parascondola, representing USCIS and DHS, revealed a rationale that Immigration Voice had gauged all along and Mr. Parascondola had now made completely public.
This was an extremely tough conversation but one that is necessary for Americans to hear directly from a DHS representative. This conversation reveals the way in which decisions about foreign labor are made so that immigrants may serve as indentured servants and Americans who possess requisite labor rights are discriminated against in the job market.
